Our Policy

Given the unique nature of the items sold on Dendwell and our commitment to staying true to the culture of buying vintage, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

Why?

Dendwell is oriented around supporting small businesses, and we currently do not have the capacity to process or store returned items. If this is something you think we should work to include in the future, please let us know and request this feature.

Qualifying for Buyer Protection

In some cases, we may be able to offer support if your order meets the criteria of our Buyer Protection policy as outlined in our Terms of Service.

The Buyer Protection Policy ensures coverage for you, the buyer, in the event your item is:

  • received, but is the incorrect item;

  • received, but does not match the item description or images;*

  • received, but is missing a key feature as described;

  • received, but notably damage as the result of improper transit;

  • never delivered or damaged in transit (potentially eligible for Transit Insurance coverage)

In the event that an item is explicitly damaged during transit, your purchase may be eligible for coverage by Dendwell’s freight fulfillment partner, which offers transit insurance in the amount of the value of the item.

If one of the above issues applies to your purchase, or you would like to initiate a transit insurance claim, please contact us by email at assist@dendwell.com with details of your order and photographic evidence of your claim.

Discretion of Claims Approval

Claims under our buyer protection program are subject to Dendwell's discretion and may be approved or denied as such. In the case of a transit insurance claim, each claim is subject to the discretion of our freight fulfillment partner and may be approved or denied as such.
